How many do I take?+
Each tin holds 30 strips. Follow the directions on your chosen product label.
What do they taste like?+
Iron is raspberry and Gut is mixed berry. Blood, our upcoming formula, is raspberry too.
Can I take more than one kind in a day?+
Each formula has its own directions and warnings. Check the labels and ask a pharmacist or healthcare professional before combining supplements, especially if you take medicines. Blood is coming soon and is not yet available to order.

Iron, 19 mg iron (as ferric saccharate) and 400 mcg folate.
Gut, 10 billion CFU Bacillus coagulans plus digestive enzymes.
Blood (coming soon), vitamin D3 50 µg (2,000 IU) and vitamin K2 120 µg. This is the Bone Support formula, not an iron or period-support supplement.
Are they vegetarian? Vegan?+

Is this a medicine?+
No. These are dietary supplements, not medicines, and they aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you’re pregnant, nursing, under 18 or taking medication, check with your doctor before starting anything new.
Shipping & orders
Where do you ship?+
36 countries. Everything ships from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in the United States.
How much is shipping?+
A flat $5.95 in the US, however many tins are in the box. International is $19–$25 depending on the zone. No free-shipping threshold, because it isn’t free; it just gets hidden in the price of the tin.
How long does it take?+
3–5 business days in the US. 5–8 business days internationally, plus however long customs takes. International orders may attract import duty on arrival, charged by your country rather than by us.
Something’s wrong with my order.+
If it turns up damaged, it’s the wrong thing, or it never turns up at all, tell us within 30 days and we’ll replace it. Because supplements are a consumable we can’t take returns for a change of mind, but if there’s a problem with the order itself, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Do you ship to the UK?+
Not yet. UK food law requires a UK-based responsible business address printed on the label, and we’re not set up for that. We’d rather say no than sell you something that sits at the border.
