ANOTHER WAY TO FIND HELP

Your town isn’t listed? You still have options.

Local services know their communities best. These two starting points can help you look beyond our map.

Ask your local 211

Tell them your city or ZIP code and ask for “free menstrual products” or “period supplies.” They can help you look for local services.

Try the national directory

The Alliance for Period Supplies lists community programs by state. Contact a program to ask how individuals can get supplies.

A few things worth knowing.

Are the products really free?

These listings describe free community supplies. Some programs require an application, proof of eligibility or a specific service area. Open a listing to check the details before you go.

Can I get free samples by mail?

Open Online options in the top-right corner of the map to find programs you can contact or apply to online. We have not yet verified an active consumer brand sample promotion. Check location and eligibility; an online application does not always mean postal delivery.

What if the map has nothing near me?

Our directory is still growing. Try a wider area or contact 211 with your city or ZIP code. You can also ask a local library, food pantry or school whether they know a period-supply program.

Does Ferrra run these programs?

No. These are independent community organizations and public services. Ferrra brings the information together; each provider manages its own products, access and eligibility. A listing does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Know a good spot?
