This is the same nutrient in a raspberry-flavoured strip that dissolves on your tongue, so taking it stops being a task you have to remember to schedule.
Each strip provides 19 mg of iron, a mineral that plays a role in the body’s normal red blood cell production and oxygen transport, paired with 400 mcg of folate, which supports healthy cell formation as part of a balanced diet.*
